I ordered a pack of 20 Kirkland protein bars but they sent me the Kirkland nut bars instead. The chocolate was melted in the box and I ended up opening it.
I contacted the seller and they did give me the option to return but because I already opened the box, I decided to keep it. However I was disappointed that they sent the wrong item and did not prorate since I paid over$34 for the protein bars and the nut bars typically cost only $30.

Great seller thanks nice box shame there was a lot broken could of put some packaging around the item as it's traveled over 3000 miles, would buy again shame import fees and postage was more than the item but these are unavailable in the UK for some strange reason arrived before Christmas so more than happy 😊
