About Our Products: We make every effort possible to represent our products as accurately and honestly as possible. Most all the information regarding our products are gathered from the manufacturer, their web site or their product information spec sheets and catalogs. We do all of our own photography except in rare cases. Due to the nature of flash photograph, sometimes the colors can be distorted or lightened. We cannot be responsible for errors, typos or omissions in the descriptions or variations in the pictures. Please use your due diligence before ordering any item or contact us if you have special concerns or questions. If something does not look right, please contact us up front, not after you purchase the item.
Shipping General: All USA shipments are generally processed and shipped the same day or next day after payment is received. Normal shipping service for packages 2 lbs or less is USPS Priority Mail while larger packages are shipped Fedex Ground. We also offer FedEx Next Day Air and FedEx 2nd Day Air services when needed. Please contact us for a quote. International shipments and APO/FPO may take longer to process due to the extra paperwork for customs and hand delivering the packages to the proper shipper when necessary. Please Note: Due to weekends, holidays and vacations (yes we do take some time off once in a while) there are a few times a year that we cannot keep this schedule. If you absolutely must have an item by a certain date, please contact us first before buying or purchasing.
Delivery Tracking/Confirmation: Delivery confirmation information is provided as a free service for all shipments via USPS Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Delivery tracking is provided for all FedEx services. You will be notified via email when the package is shipped and what the tracking/confirmation number is. Please check your email. Delivery tracking for international shipments is not available for First Class Mail through the USPS.
Insurance: Insurance is included with all purchases.
Sales Tax: Residents of the state of Florida need to pay sales tax. This applies to all shipments made to a Florida address.

New Gear: If you're not satisfied, neither are we. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of a new item, simply return it in its original condition within 45 days of purchase (see exceptions below) and we'll give you a full refund. It's that simple. Returned items must be in original, brand-new condition, showing no signs of wear or use such as belt-buckle or pick scratches, scuffs, dings or scrapes on the instrument or collateral materials. Items must also include all original packaging, manuals, warrantees and accessories or your return may be subject to a return handling charge. Please contact us for detailed return handling charges. Your refund will be promptly processed upon successful evaluation of your returned item from our trained category professionals. Refunds are made for product value only, excluding shipping and handling charges. If you received Free Shipping on your order, the value of the uncharged shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Used Gear: If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase of a used item, simply return it in its original condition within 14 days of shipment and we'll give you a full refund. Items not returned in original condition are subject to a return handling charge. Select used item are not returnable.
International Shipments: Our return policies for new and used gear also apply to international shipments. Please see any additional policies and information shipped with your package for more details.
Exceptions: There are no returns on clearance, discontinued, vintage, demo and select used items. Additionally, the following items are returnable only if defective OR unopened - strings, reeds, computers, tubes, earbuds, earplugs, recorders, tin whistles, flutophones, "world" wind instruments, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, drumheads, drumsticks, turntable cartridges, fog fluid, clothing/footwear, sheet music, cleaners, polishes and polishing cloths. Software/soundware, books, CDs, DVDs, and videos may be returned for credit only if they are in their original, sealed packaging.All returned woodwind and brass instruments incur a $10.00 sanitization fee. Returned bows are assessed a $4.00 restocking fee. Returned mouthpieces priced over $300 incur an $8.00 sanitization fee; the fee for mouthpieces under $300 is $4.00. Stringed instruments priced at $1999.00 or more, must be returned within 10 days of shipment. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.

Warranty (except software): Unless stated otherwise in the auction, all products are new and are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Although it is rare, if you do find that you need assistance, all warranty and technical issues must be directed to the manufacturer, not to Total Music Source. We will gladly assist you in obtaining the necessary contact information if needed. If a product is defective, it must be returned to the manufacturer.
Software: Due to the nature of this product (software) there are NO RETURNS.
