1. the original box was not properly assembled and turned inside out, the dell logo was on the inside where the laptop lay, not on the outside 2. The original box was pasted with everything, I would like to get a clean box without stickers! it must be protected and sent in a different shipping box. 3 Communication with the seller is terrible. I wanted to buy a stylus for my laptop, but after waiting 8 days. bought from another seller. My last purchase from this store!

Read this! Somebody hacked my page and ordered this Laptop and had it shipped to another address and I was able to regain control. Contacted this seller to stop shipment or change address so I could return it or something. they ignored me and never did reply to me. They are listed as Dell and when I called Dell, they told me that this account was not them.. This is a fake Dell seller and was no help. As I see it, Some random person got to buy a laptop on my account and they helped them get it.
