Let me start by saying that the xxr brand is just as good as the vossen brand but at a way better price point, This is my 3rd set. The communication could of been a little better, especially with such a large purchase, I want to feel comfortable with my choice and communication helps. But all and all the company is pretty good, my stuff was shipped out, well packaged, no issues and arrived pretty fast so thank you very much for that .
