I absolutely loved this nutcracker soldier but he arrived not wrapped very well and was broken..I am very disappointed! When I contacted the seller they didn't respond. I don't want to leave negative feedback because I believe he is a good seller. I eventually received my refund after contacting eBay although I would have liked a replacement. There could have been better communication from the seller.

Overall, a decent transaction. Fast shipping, new in packaging. However, the size was incorrectly listed and there were no pictures of the actual item to be able to see the actual size, just stock photos, and this seller does not accept returns. So I'll either need to buy a smaller size, or try to get it tailored down.
