|A:Grading is a subjective opinion that is based on knowledge and experience in the industry. Any coin or currency item sent to a third-party grading service may not be returned as they offer their opinion only. We also do not guarantee that the particular grade assigned to a sale item will be exactly the same as any grading service.|
|Q:Should I send this coin to PCGS, NGC or ANACS?|
|A:TECC encourages you to ask questions regarding submitting coins to any grading service prior to purchase. We will offer our opinion; however, you are ultimately responsible for this decision. Per our return policy, you have 7 days in which to view the piece in hand and make your decision.|
|Q:What is your return policy?|
|A:1. We will provide a full refund for the item price returned within 30 days of receipt.
2. No returns on bullion related items.
3. Any coin or currency removed from its original holder is considered sold.
4. Sealed Mint products must remain sealed and in good condition.
5. Upon receiving the item in good condition, we will issue a prompt refund.|
