 Q: What is your return policy?
  A: We offer free return labels for all orders in US, send the shoes back with ebay's returns program. We will gladly refund your purchases if you are unhappy with your product within 30 days of your transaction. If the box has tape on it or is damaged a $10 fee will be deducted from the return.Upgraded shipping charges are non-refundable.

 Q: I have not received my international package, when will I receive it?
  A: Hello, Sometimes the tracking numbers do not always get scanned after they are checked in to the post office. For example the post office received it and they have not scanned it after that. It is most likely stuck in customs. Please check with customs or your local postal carrier to see if you have any held mail. Thank you.
