Paypal is our preferred method, but if you would like to make a credit card payment with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express please call us.
All Utah and Local Pickup customers will be required to pay a Utah State Sales tax of 6.85%
Payment is due within7 days of the end of the listing.
Shipping Terms - USA
We ship exclusively with UPS and USPS. To find out what method a certain item will be shipping and to receive a shipping quote, click on the “Shipping and Payments” tab in the listing and enter your zip code.
We only ship to the United States. Please be aware that if an item is being shipped via UPS that UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses and you will be asked to supply us with a physical address.
Orders will ship within 1-2 business days after payment is received. Large combined orders may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a tracking number notification by email once your item has shipped. If you do not receive the confirmation email please contact us for your tracking number via eBay’s messaging system.
Local Pickup is Available
We offer local pickup for our customers who want to save money and not pay for shipping. Pickups are available at the NPS Store 431 N Wright Brothers Drive, Salt Lake City, UT 84116.
If you would like to pickup your item(s) in person, then you must follow these 4 steps below:
- Pay for you item(s) a minimum of 24 hours before you plan to pick them up.
- Visit our eBay Will Call Counter in the NPS Store between the hours of 10:00 am and 4:00 pm (Mountain Time), Monday through Friday.
- Provide our staff with your eBay username and a form of ID.
- Sign for your item(s).
Please be aware that while you will not be paying for shipping costs, you will be paying a Utah State Sales Tax of 6.85%.
Items must be picked up within 5 business days of when they are available.
YES, We offer combined Shipping!
If you purchase more than one item from us, you can save on shipping by having your items combined.
NPS will combine up to 10 items on a single invoice.
Listings that have an asterisk (*) in the listing title are not eligible for combined shipping (including freight items).
All items being combined must be paid for within our 7 day payment policy (see under "Accepted Payment Methods").
All items must be paid for on a single invoice. If items are paid for separately, they will not be eligible for the combined shipping discount. Please request a combined shipping invoice from us via email or phone prior to paying for your items to receive this discount.
On a combined shipping order, each item without an asterisk (*) in the title will cost an additional $2 to ship.
Heaviest item + $2 per each additional item (up to 9 additional items)
If you feel like the item you purchased was misrepresented by us or was damaged in shipping, you can obtain a full refund. To get a full refund, please call or email us, within 14 business days of receiving your item. All returns require a return authorization.
If you want to return your item because you changed your mind or the item does not satisfy your needs, we will accept a return if the condition of the item and retail packaging have not been compromised, changed, modified or altered. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and is subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyers must obtained proper return authorization from an NPS customer service representative prior to returning the item.
Returns will not be accepted beyond 14 business days after the item has been delivered to the buyer.
Please note: if the item is listed AS IS, returns are not accepted.
The NPS Store is a freight recovery company and is NOT an authorized dealer of any of the products we sell, therefore we cannot offer any guarantee that the manufacturers will honor their warranties.
