EEEKITonline Return Policy

Under this policy, you may return products that you purchased directly from EEEKITonline within the applicable return policy for a refund of the purchase price paid, less shipping, handling and applicable restocking fees.

Shipping Issues:
If your item was damaged during transit, please contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to take care of it.  We will do everything in our power to get you an acceptable solution. If this cannot be achieved due to inventory issues or technical matters, we will provide you with a full refund.

If the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as possible.

Condition Related Returns:

  1. We take great detail into consideration when describing our items’ condition. If you receive your order and feel that the condition is not consistent with our description, please let us know immediately (within 3 days of purchase), and we'll do our very best to find you a solution. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll send a full refund of your original purchase amount
  1. Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New" or "Like New" condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a reduced refund value. The reduced value will be determined after our inspection of the product to determine the level of use.      If the item is defective within the first 30 days of order (from date of purchase), we will send replacement at no extra cost for customer. Please contact us for more details.

     Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.

We will normally send the replacement item in 3 business days after giving you notice of a replacement. All replacement will be sent out using standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.


Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of the return package.

1. Limited Product Warranty

EEEKIT warrants to the first consumer purchaser (hereinafter “Purchaser”) that the products sold by it conform to the prescribed specifications and are free from defective materials and workmanship under normal application, installation, use and service conditions.  If any non-conformity to the specifications or defect in material and/or workmanship is found and confirmed by EEEKIT, at its sole and absolute discretion, within 1 year from the date of purchase as shown in the corresponding Invoice or Order of the Product (hereinafter “Purchase Date”), EEEKIT will, at its sole option, either refund or replace the non-conforming or defective Product or part thereof with either a new or remanufactured equivalent at no charge, or reimburse the Purchaser to the amount of the market price at the time of the warranty claim.

2. Disclaimer

2.1 EEEKIT disclaims any remedies to the Purchaser other than that set forth in Article 1 herein.


2.3 In no event shall EEEKIT be liable, or in any way responsible, for any incidental, consequential or special damages, including, without limitation, loss of use, profits or production, or exemplary or punitive damages.

2.4 EEEKIT will not cover transport costs, customs clearance fees, or any other expenditure for the reshipment of any repaired or replaced Products, or for disassembly and assembly.

3. Exceptions

The Limited Product Warranty does not apply to any Product which has been subject to:

    Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident;

    Normal wear and tear of the Product;

    Repair, service, or alteration/modification in design, construction, or application without EEEKIT’ authorization;

    Any use of the Product for other than its intended purpose; or

    Improper installation, modifications or unauthorized repair of the Product.

    Force Majeure, such as acts of God, fire, earthquake, explosion, war, riot, or any other unforeseeable and uncontrollable circumstances by EEEKIT.

4. Warranty Transfer

This Limited Product Warranty is not transferable. If you purchased from a reseller, please contact the reseller for their warranty policy.

5. Obtaining Warranty

5.1 The Purchaser shall, immediately after discovering any defects, send email to the email address hereunder:


and specifying the following:

        Pictures of inquiry:

        Name on the Order;

        Buyer ID or Order Number;

        Details of defect; or

        Proof of purchase.

5.2 The Purchaser shall not return any defective Product without obtaining a return number (RMA) from EEEKIT.

5.3 It shall be Purchaser’s responsibility for shipping fees, transport fees, insurance, and expenses for disassembly, assembly and installation, if any.
