How we ship
When payment is made, we immediately mail you a copy of the invoice, any credit card receipts, and rebate forms if applicable. Since we are a dealer of all the brands that we are selling, this is your proof of purchase which is all that is needed for warranty purposes. We ship only brand new appliances with full factory warranty. Unless otherwise noted, all items will be shipped in their original unopened boxes. On the day of shipment, we put the items on a crate and strap them down to help eliminate shipping damage. They are labled and loaded on a truck with a forklift. On the day that they are shipped we email you a tracking number so you can follow the shipment and know what day to expect it. When you receive the items, you will have the time to cut the band, raise the box, and inspect them for damage. In the very unlikely event that there is damage, you will have the option to refuse the shipment or contact us to remedy the damage. You do not have to pay extra for insurance. We will handle all damage claims that are found BEFORE signing for the items.

 Q: Where is Fedex Freight location?
  A: The freight is shipped to ANY commercial location or to the Fed Ex Freight Location. We can do curbside shipping to a residential neighborhood with a lift-gate truck for an additional $100, or without a lift-gate for an additional $50.  Q: What is your return policy?
  A: All returns must be authorized in advance! A 10% restocking charge plus freight for unopened items and 20% restocking charge plus freight for opened items. We cannot take back items that have been installed or are not in their original packaging. The exception to this is open stock products that did not come in a box-call for details.
 Q: Do you combine shipping?
  A: We do combine shipping and it's based on the total weight shipped at one time. Call us for total shipping charges if buying more than one item. This will save you money!!
 Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
  A: Order arrival depends on where you live and the method of shipment. We do supply tracking information for you to track your products progress. Most orders arrive within 3-5 days after shipping.
 Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
  A: Shipping rates are shown in each individual ad. However, we do combine shipping! Combined shipping rates are based on the total weight of appliances shipped at the same time.
 Q: Does my item have warranty?
  A: Our items come with the manufacturer's warranty unless specified in the ad. An extended warranty option is also available.
 Q: What payment options do I have?
  A: Paypal - major Credit Cards - Money order - Cashier Check. (Personal checks are welcome but merchandise will be held until the check clears which is usually 7-10 days)
 Q: What does "Open Stock" mean?
  A: "Open Stock" items are items that have been taken out of their original box. It might have been for display/show or factory refurbished (ads usually specify). They normally still carry the manufacturer's warranty unless specified in the ad.
