We do our best to accurately describe each product, and strive to keep happy customers. In the rare event that the item must be returned, notify us within 14 days of purchase. Our Money Back Guarantee and Warranty applies to items returned within 30 days of shipping delivery.
DAMAGE OR DEFECT
If the return is due to damage or defect upon arrival notify us within 3 days of arrival, and we will replace or refund the item upon proof of damage. Keep all packing materials in case of shipping insurance investigation. All instruments are warrantied against defect for 30 days from delivery, which includes natural skin drum heads.
PERSONAL PREFERENCE
If the return is based on dislike of color, size, or sound, or misunderstanding of item description, you may return the product to our warehouse at your expense, and upon receipt of item in new condition, we will refund the purchase price less the cost of outbound shipping (in the case of free outbound shipping).
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We cannot offer returns on goat and cow skins used as replacement drum heads once they have been soaked in water or installed on a drum. Once a drum has been tuned by applying additional tension the drum head warranty may be voided, based on seller's discretion. Hint: Do not overtune your drum by applying too much tension too quickly!
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
International purchases will not be refunded if tracking information shows the item was delivered within 30 days of shipping. A full refund of purchase price will be given if item is returned at buyer expense, and received in new condition
