  Seller could not locate this issue. He offered me a lower-graded copy for half the price. I thanked him, but decided not, stating I wanted either a fine or fine+. I thanked him for his effort on my behalf but told him I'd prefer a refund, which he graciously supplied, in very short order, for which I am very grateful. Thank you.

  Be advised --- that if this seller lists he is shipping USPS Priority Mail --- don t expect it! I paid $14.25 charge to ship a pair of slippers (I had a bruised heel so i needed ASAP) - - - he paid $10.85 to ship via USPS Ground Advantage. To Hawaii, there is no advantage to customer! These finally were delivered over a month later. In communications --- seller only made excuses to justify (i get it! he saved some money at my expense) --- or sometimes did not respond at all. No apology to me.
