The item came a week late after some shipping issues. When I contacted the seller they were quick to respond and explain the situation. The situation was blamed on the carrier which I have to assume is true however I’m not sure how a carrier missing a scan would slow the shipment, just the communication of the shipment. Post contact the response was quick. The items came well packaged and secure and as described.

Great price! Seller uses the slowest shipping possible so dont expect it on the date listed. Seller put dura ace shifter in bubble mailer instead box. Really! Lucky it didnt get messed up. Being a seller myself this to me is bad customer service
