IS A CERTIFICATE OF AUTHENTICITY INCLUDED?
Yes. Each autographed item is accompanied by a Walls of Sound, LLC Certificate of Authenticity & Lifetime Guarantee.
Our certificate of authenticity unconditionally guarantees that the autographed item you purchase is genuine and
100% authentic for the lifetime of the signature.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY? DO YOU OFFER A MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE?
You are able to return any item for any reason within a 30 day period for a full refund (minus initial shipping fees). Additionally, our lifetime authenticity guarantee unconditionally guarantees that the autographed item you purchase is genuine and 100% authentic for the lifetime of the signature without time limit. Please note that any damages incurred to an item, whether purposefully or by accident, or any alterations to an item, either by hand or atypical wear due to abnormal climate or exposure to other elements nullifies this guarantee.

HOW DO YOU OBTAIN THE AUTOGRAPHS YOU HAVE ON OFFER?
Manners in which autographs have been obtained, include, but are not limited to paid private signings with the artist, hotels, airports, venues, radio & television stations, restaurants, charitable events, book signings, in-store promotional signings, award banquets, industry parties, speaking engagements, and outright purchases. Items of vintage nature or those obtained through a third-party are exhaustively studied, referenced, and researched. If there is any doubt as to the authenticity or provenance of an item, it is not offered for sale. Bottom line...if we would not hang it on our wall..we don't want it hanging on yours!

IS THE AUTOGRAPH HAND SIGNED OR IS IT A REPRINT OF THE ORIGINAL?
Each item has been hand signed by the artist/entertainer described. The signatures are NOT reproductions, copies, or counterfeits of any kind.

HOW CAN I MEET OR PERSONALLY OBTAIN THE AUTOGRAPH OF MY FAVORITE MUSICIAN?
As the great songwriter Rudy Clark once wrote, and the fab George Harrison so eloquently sang....
"..it's gonna take money...it's gonna take patience and time..."

No truer words have been spoken that summarizes the day-to-day credo of an autograph collector or dealer. But, even with said virtues, it often comes down to luck, persistence, and most importantly...information! We cannot help or aide you in your quest for a signature, but do wish you the best of success in your endeavor.

CAN YOU ASK MY FAVORITE MUSICIAN TO SIGN MY PERSONAL ITEM?
The short answer is "No". Though there are exceptions. If you are looking for a specific item and we happen to have it in stock we are more than happy to offer it for sale, but just like Neil Young live in concert..we do not do requests.

THE EBAY DESCRIPTION SAYS: "PHOTOS OF THE ARTIST SIGNING AUTOGRAPHS ARE NOT INCLUDED." CAN I GET A COPY ANYWAY?
Again..no! Any candid proof photo that may be displayed within the item description that pictures the artist signing autographs is the sole property of Walls of Sound, LLC and is not for sale or included with the item.

SOME OF THE ITEMS DISPLAY A PHOTO OF THE ARTIST SIGNING AN ITEM OTHER THAN THE ONE THAT IS BEING OFFERED FOR SALE. WHAT GIVES?
We think we are one of the best in the business when it comes to displaying proof of our encounters with musicians. With that being said, when collecting autographs, even in a controlled situation it is impossible to take photos of every item that is being signed. In the brief moments an autograph seeker may have with an artist, one of two things happen...you are either getting autographs, or you are taking photos. A candid photo has no pecuniary value...autographs do. By reason of, we prefer the signature to the photo. It should also be noted that a large percentage of musicians today prefer to not have their photo taken while signing autographs or in a casual setting. It is always best to abide by the rules of an artist than to not.

If this does not suit you as a befitting answer, just imagine there is no candid or proof photo displayed whatsoever..which is the case with 99% of the autograph dealers selling autographs on eBay.

WHY IS THIS ITEM PRICED SO HIGH?
Ultimately, the price of any item is subjective. What seems high to you, may seem low to others. Moreover, like any other collectible, autograph prices are directly affected by popularity, scarcity, and most importantly supply vs. demand. The eBay "Best Offer" option is an invaluable tool that allows you to make a reasonable offer on any item that you may have piqued your interest. Please note, however, that ALL of our listings are set to automatically decline any unreasonable offer received. If you are not serious about a submitted offer, it is probably a good idea to waste your time doing other things. Trying to come up with another name for sharks, crank Bobba Booey calls to news stations, or weighing the benefits versus the perils of a land war in Asia are all but a few things we can suggest you doing instead.

WHY IS THIS ITEM PRICED SO LOW?
Ultimately, the price of any item is subjective. What seems low to you, may seem high to others. Moreover, like any other collectible, autograph prices are directly affected by popularity, scarcity, and most importantly supply vs. demand. If you feel an item is priced too terribly low, we are more than happy to accept more than the asking price for any item you wish to purchase.

I'M INTERESTED IN PURCHASING ONE OF YOUR AUTOGRAPHED GUITARS, BUT I HAVE A FEW QUESTIONS...

#1 WHAT BRAND OF GUITAR IS IT?

We sell many different brands of guitars. A photo of the guitar headstock is included in the eBay image gallery. We are unable to answer minute details such as the model or serial numbers pertaining to a particular guitar.

# 2 IS THIS GUITAR PLAYABLE?
Yes, each guitar can be played, but our question to you is, why would you want to? A guitar autographed by your favorite musician is the ultimate piece of music memorabilia you can own. Playing a signed guitar never ends well. Both felt tip and paint markers are considered permanent ink, but this does not apply when picks, fingers, bows, etc. are smudging and scratching the signatures. Unless your style of playing incorporates the unique practice of fretboard tapping only, ala Eddie Van Halen, it is best to leave the guitar on the wall! If you're looking for a practice guitar, any online music outlet or retail guitar chain can set you up for less than a couple hundred dollars. Remember - smudged or scratched signatures cannot be returned.

# 3 IS THE GUITAR IN NEW WORKING CONDITION?
Unless specifically noted in the description, each guitar is in new or like-new condition. Basically, the same level of use (if any at all) that you would find if you walked into any retail music store and selected a guitar off the rack. Please note that some signed guitars and particularly pickguards have traveled thousands of miles and may have seen action in the trenches. There may be some very minor light signs of wear, but nothing that affects a signature or overall appearance of the guitar outside of what is described or shown in the auction photo gallery.

IS THIS ITEM GUARANTEED TO PASS THE MPLA, THE UDA, AND THE IRA?
With regard to third-party authentication companies - if employing a third party authentication outfit we encourage you to use a company that specializes in music autographs. If the company is a broad professional service provider that spans the voluminous spectrum of autographed memorabilia, it will be befitting of you to ask specifically that their music specialist view the item.

Autograph authentication is an art, not a science. With well over 100,000 hours invested in the research, procurement, and general study of musician signed items you are buying an item that is backed by the knowledge of a company that has vetted and examined as many musician signed autographs as the most well known authentication companies and auction houses in the world.

Note that some authentication companies offer a "Quick Opinion" option as a paid service to eBay users. These services can sometimes give you independent insight into an offered article prior to the purchase of an item. Fees for quick opinion and physically submitted services vary from company to company.

Some of the individuals and authentication companies that we value the opinions of are as follows: JSA; PSA/DNA; Frank Caiazzo/The Beatles Autographs - The Beatles and Beatles related autographs; Roger Epperson/REAL - vintage and contemporary music autographs; Perry Cox/Perry D. Cox Enterprises - The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Monkees, and other select classic rock/pop group autographs; Bill Miller - Johnny Cash and select vintage country music autographs; Rich Consola - Elvis Presley autographs

Again, autograph authentication is an art, not a science, and is based on years of study. In the rare instance of a disagreement over an item we reserve the right to a second opinion as offered by one of the other companies listed above before a refund is issued. This shall serve as our due-diligence in the unlikely occurrence of a dispute.

I HAVE A COLLECTION OF SIGNED ITEMS AND AM LOOKING TO SELL THEM. DO YOU BUY AUTOGRAPHS?
Yes! Please let us know if you are considering selling either one item or an entire collection!
