Are the pictures taken from the real product?

Yes, we took all the pictures by ourselves. We have tried our best to make the color most accurate, but due to different screen settings, color difference is inevitable. Please take note of such risk before buying.

Could you send me more pictures of a particular item?

Sure, all products are in stock in our warehouse and we are more than happy to serve your needs.

Are your products branded?

All products are unbranded.

DELIVERY
Where and how do you ship my order?

We ship by Hong Kong Post eExpress (ePacket), registered air mail, EMS. If you prefer another carrier, please let us know and we can send you a shipping quotation.

When will my order be shipped?

Normally, we ship your order the next day after your purchase. There may be 1-2 days’ delay due to Sundays or holidays.

Do you provide me with tracking number?

Tracking number will be provided unless otherwise stated on the listing.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
I have received my item but I do not like it

Please contact us before leaving a negative feedback, we will try our best to solve your problem. If you wish to return the item, please return the item(s) to the sender’s address as found on the package. Refund will be credited to your Paypal account upon receiving the return package. Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.

I have received an incorrect or faulty item in my order

We are so sorry about this, please kindly contact us with a snapshot of the defect. You will normally be required to return the item(s) to the sender’s address as found on the package using the cheapest shipping method by your local post. Refund will be creditedto your Paypal account upon receiving the return package.

Can I exchange my item?

To enhance efficiency, we do not offer merchandise exhahge, if you wish to change to a different size/color, you could simply return the first and place a second order.
