Our team is dedicated to selling quality products. Should you receive a Verizon device and there’s a slight glitch that you weren’t expecting, or you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll give you a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Your item must be received in the same condition in which it was purchased.
If you do need to return your device and you’ve purchased it within 30 days, here are the steps you must take:
To return your item:
Please contact us through eBay messaging with your order number and details about the item you would like to return. We will respond within 24 hours with detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Place item back into product packaging and secure appropriately. Please understand, we cannot be responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.
Take the package to a shipping service provider of your choices such as US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. Usually, USPS’s Priority Mail is the most economical way to ship your items back to our location.

How long will it take?
You should expect to receive your refund in less than four weeks of dropping your package off at the return shipment center. In many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly but four weeks is the most amount of time you should have to wait.
This time period includes
The transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days)
The time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days)
And the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Exchanges or replacements are not available
If you need to return a defective item, please contact us before shipping the product. Once the item has been received and verified, a refund of the purchase price and any taxes paid will be issued. Please note that we are unable to reimburse shipping charges over $10.00, you are responsible for any shipping cost over this amount. At this time we are unable to exchange any products due to our detailed logistics operation.
Violating our return policy
If you attempt to "root", "jailbreak" or otherwise make changes to the operating system of the device, or damage the device, you will not be eligible to return the device for a refund. We are not responsible for compatibility issues outside of the Verizon network, please verify the device is compatible with your wireless plan and service provider before making a purchase.
