What type of products do you sell at the Verizon eBay store?
We sell Certified Pre-Owned mobile devices and accessories that have undergone an extensive inspection process and been professionally restored to working order. This includes being inspected, cleaned and repaired (if necessary) to meet manufacturer specifications. You will find that some devices have been fully refurbished while others might have minor imperfections. Please see product descriptions for details.
What accessories are included with the purchase of a device?
All devices include an OEM charger or Verizon HomeCharger, a tested battery and a battery cover (unless otherwise stated in the item description).
Are devices listed on Verizon’s eBay store available to customers outside the United States?
No. At this time, we only sell to customers who reside within the United States. We are assessing opportunities to expand to different markets.
Can I see photos of the specific device that I purchase?
No. Verizon has thousands of devices in stock. Our photos are a representation of the device and cosmetic condition you will receive. For example, all devices rated as Like New will be very similar in appearance and condition.
What about a warranty?
Each device comes with our 30-day money-back promise. We plan to offer extended protection on the devices in the near future.
Do locked phones come with carrier contracts?
No. You will need to contact a mobile carrier to register your device and service option before it will operate.
Can a locked phone be jailbroken or unlocked?
No. Any device that looks like it has been tampered with, will not be able to be returned for a refund.
Are unlocked phones available for purchase?
Yes, unlocked phones are available for purchase. Brand and type availability for unlocked devices depend on the supply of devices. Please check with your mobile carrier for network compatibility, before purchasing.
How many devices are there to choose from?
At any given time, we have access to thousands of mobile devices through the MyWiT distribution facility. Inventory moves fast, so check back often if you do not see the specific device you are searching for.

What is the difference between Like New, Great, Very Good, and Good Stock devices?
All Certified Pre-Owned Verizon devices listed for sale are 100% fully functional. Our highly-trained technicians inspect and grade the cosmetic appearance of each device to indicate the device is in Like New, Great, Very Good, or Good cosmetic condition. We conduct extensive functional examinations on all devices. This includes all internal and external functions including buttons, audio, battery health, SIM card, camera, and touchscreen. We only approve devices that score a 100%. We then clean and buff each device to confirm appearance. This process ensures 100% functionality.
This device looks and feels like new. This device may have experienced minimal usage or underwent a complete and detailed restoration. It's also a Verizon Certified Pre-Owned device which means that it's 100% fully functional and ready to connect you to the best network.

What type of payments options do you accept?
We currently only accept payments through PayPal, Inc. (“PayPal”). Please note orders must be paid for at the time of checkout.
How long does it take for my payment to be processed?
For all credit and debit card purchases, your order will be processed immediately. You will receive an order confirmation at the time of purchase which you may keep for your records. Purchases made via ACH adhere to the PayPal processing timelines and may take up to five (5) business days to process. After checkout, you will receive an email indicating that your order has been placed and that your payment is processing. Once your payment is approved, you will receive a second email notifying you that your order was shipped.
When should I expect my package to arrive?
All items are shipped from our Certified Pre-Owned Distribution Center, actual arrival time depends on your proximity to our facility. We ask that you allow twenty-four (24) hours from the point of checkout for processing time plus transit time (excluding weekends and holidays) to estimate time of delivery of your mobile device. Our standard shipping is 3 - 4 business days.
Would I be able to track my package?
Yes. Once your item(s) have shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number.
How can I change the mailing address for my shipment?
For your security, once checkout has been completed, the mailing address for your shipment cannot be changed. Verizon can only ship to the address provided at checkout.
