The dispatch time was excellent by the seller however Yodel were useless and we had to go and pick up the package ourselves from Yodels main centre (Royal Mail are a much better ). The delivery of this unit was extremely prompt ( delivered within 24hrs) and it was exactly as described. There was absence of a manual , but the seller very quickly made this available, so service was excellent. This was an ex-demonstration model, and it looked virtually in "as new" condition. However the mower has not yet been used , so it is not possible to comment on the quality of operation. However there is nothing to suggest that there will be any problems in this regard at this time.

Although i have put a positive experience that applies to the machine from a point of view of it being as described, the item arrived in a heavily damaged box which i was surprise that nothing had fell from. The sander was marked and had grease on it and the inside of the bag. What made matters worse was the delivery drivers attitude when asked to wait for a minute while i tried it in case of return. Have told supplier all this and they are going to contact courier. Not a happy bunny.
