The device arrived defective from China, they made me return it to an agent in California, and now I am stuck with a bill from US Customs for a returned item. They charge me to ship by Fedex (and they charge me fedex rate) and ship DHL. DHL has not support for contesting customs issues. And I have to waste tons of time to clear this $1000 customs bill for a returned item. eBay support is lacking.
