Surplus Provisions' Return Policy

Provisions on eBay, you agree to the terms set forth below.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Go to “My eBay”; Select “Purchase History”. Find the transaction of the item you wish to
return. Select the “More Actions” drop
down menu; choose “Return this item”.
Select the appropriate reason and any additional details you would like
to include. Once approved we will send you our return address, instructions,
and RMA # we will need to identify your return.
We have a 14 day money back guarantee for all products
purchased in our store, except for used products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase
for any reason, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it if the
item is eligible for a return. All returns, refunds and exchanges must first be
approved by us through the process described above. All returned goods are subject to inspection,
must be in original retail packaging, and be in resalable condition as
determined by Surplus Provisions LLC.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges of the return product
back to Surplus Provisions LLC, unless otherwise agreed upon. Any products purchased with free shipping are
subject to a 25% restocking fee upon returning the item. Any non-defective item returns are subject to
a restocking fee of 25% of total order.
Special-ordered items are non-returnable.
Item not as Described, Defective, or Damaged
If you have received an item that is not as described, is
defective, or has been damaged during shipping, simply contact us through an
eBay message to alert us of the unfortunate situation.
Full refunds, including shipping costs and return
shipping costs, may be given for products that are not as described, defective
products, and products that were damaged during shipping. In order to proceed with
the return of defective items and items that have been damaged during shipping,
the item must be in its original packaging and shipping container. Photos of the damaged item and the damaged
shipping container will need to be provided to process claims of shipping damage. If the defective or damaged item is still in stock you may also
request a replacement. All returns, refunds, and exchanges must first be
approved by us through the above process. If your claim is approved, we will provide you
with a RMA #, return shipping label, and may schedule a pickup upon request.
