Ad stated they could load item into our truck. After driving 4 1/2 hours to get there in our pickup truck, arrived at sellers location and they only had an engine lift not a forklift which was needed.
We had tried reaching out many times and asked for a phone number to coordinate pickup details. Left hoping he would be there like he said between 3-6. Finally provided a number at 3pm while we were driving. Had he given a number we could have coordinated and avoided the issues experienced.

I was at the storage site early to load the AC. They should have brought a trailer and instead required me to load their pick up truck with the unit standing up instead of laying down in the bed. They did not use Ebays trucking company, instead they brought their own pick up truck. The also did not call me even after they had my phone number. My lift was capable of lifting 8 times the weight of the unit and they demanded vertical loading that was unsafe and an unfair for me at 80 yrs of age.
