Disappointed. The photo does not accurately represent the item. The "PVC Leather" is not the kind of thick leather-look which many couches use. It is more like a fabric which photographs like a leather. The seller assures me the correct item was sent, so be aware that it doesn't look like the photo. The staff were very courteous when I contacted them, requesting photos and replied to my queries promptly, the item arrived quickly and undamaged and I can't fault them for either of those.

Beware!! One of the worsts experienced I've had. False advertisement plus paid for the item and seller asked for another $300 extra postage outside eBay policy. Listing is very deceiving. Reported to eBay. Seller have multiple eBay accounts selling the same stuff. Bought another one from different account, same thing occurs. eBay is aware of the issue. Found the same chair from Stools R Us with cheaper and honest seller. Don't buy from sellers on eBay with poor feedback!!

Seller was great, product is great (chips are a little lighter than I expected, but nothing crazy), but postage took a long time. Was a bad time of the year for it (over Christmas) but it took about 12 days to ship from Melbourne to Gold Coast. The main issue wasn’t the time either, it was I didn’t know where the package was between pickup and delivery day. No updates like “In Sydney Depot” or anything. Not sellers fault of course, but perhaps don’t use Aramex again.
