I don't usually leave negative reviews, but this is deserving. Paint-matched roof rack $200, and they ship them literally in a bag. It arrived with three of the four mounting ends of the rail broken off. The paint was scratched like it got stuck on a belt sander. This in not even remotely because of UPS. I asked the seller what genius decided to ship them like this and if this was the first item they had ever shipped. No response, not even an apology or acknowledgement of negligence. RUN.

Item that I ordered was found damaged when it was removed from vehicle. A substitution was made but it turned out not to be identical. Seller checked inventory and advised they did not have another of my tough to find item. They provided a return label and promptly refunded my money once they received the return. Handled in a totally acceptable and professional manner. Sometimes these things happen and I was grateful to have dealt with this eBayer. I definitely would buy again based on this exp.
