Package arrived quickly, ahead of schedule! Packing was really great, very protective, and there was no damage to the contents, which were perfect -- usually cardboard in the UK is thin and just sufficient for local shipments, often falling apart on international mail, but this was really well packed, and a pleasant surprise. Everything as described. No issues. Also, great communication with the Seller. Overall, A+ and would buy again!

Package arrived on time. Packing was sufficient: cardboard boxes from the UK are always quite thin and do not hold up to international shipping. This was no exception, and the box arrived dented and partially crushed. Two of the boxes of tea were partially crushed, but the tea inside was fine. I suggest that the Seller consider double boxing when making international shipments. I have purchased from this Seller before, and they sell genuine products, ship promptly, and communicate well.

This just arrived, it wasn't even that slow considering the bank holiday weekend, but I sent several messages about tracking information just so that I could have an idea when it would arrive. If tracking information had been provided from the start I would have had no problem about this order. This product for some reason has become difficult to find and this is a reasonable price, just give me information about delivery, and don't panic and give me an incorrect tracking number
