This negative in this feedback only has to do with the antenna, not the seller. The seller is a good seller and ships quickly. The antenna was an open box and the price was cheap, BUT reception was not as described, reception sucked and we live very close to a large city with lots of stations. I tried adding an amplifier and reception still sucked. I probably received a defective antenna. My old rabbit ears work better. Seller offered to let me return it, not worth the hassle.
