Avoid this seller for buying large items. My computer arrived damaged with a huge bend to the case and some dents due to poor packing. Computer was advertised as working but when it arrived it was non functional. I had to diagnose the issue myself to give the seller an accurate description of the issues. Even then, the seller was not helpful and maintained that it was functional when shipped and that it was working when they had it, when clearly from the pictures there was major damage.

This is a vintage PC that was listed with no operating system installed : OS:NONE (Windows XP Era PC) So it was never meant to be a plug and play experience. It is a unit for collectors or tinkering. Please read the listings when purchasing refurbished items. The issue you have about the damage is with UPS, and you can open a case with them using your tracking number. If you would like to return it, just send it back and we will get you a refund. Have a better day!
