Product was explained perfectly and the condition of my item in mint condition. eBay somehow ordered two of the same items, both seller and I contacted each other before and during shipment. The part came quickly and very well packaged..cost add $19.95 for a month of AllData to obtain the location of said ECU rather then ripping the car all apart .I did ask seller for the ECU location because I couldn’t find it on the internet…..they were insulting with a “look it up on the internet or call a dealer “ really??in my experience, some 50 yr ago, the office would use the radio, calling the yard for a 2 way conversation….but I guess with today’s world customer service is not a priority

Ordered and was a fair price. Shipping was ok. The part was not needed by the time we got it as hubby traded in the vehicle. We never opened box and seller took back no hassle at all. If we need something for the newer vehicle we bought- I would buy from this seller again.

although they ultimately didn't deliver what i was looking for, they were great on communicating that the used part i ordered did not meet their QA inspection prior to shipping - that is so much better than getting a used part that does not work, and then having to return it. they also offered a small discount on my next order, and that there is the definition of "above and beyond" customer service. spillman is added to my trusted vendor list.
