COMBINED SHIPPING
All the paid purchases to the same address are combined into single shipment where possible.
If you prefer combined shipping with the ongoing auction items, please contact us, and make a final,
overall payment once you finished shopping.

Items will always be sent to the address you specify in PayPal when you pay. If the address chosen

Please note that this fee will be NON-REFUNDABLE in any cases. (i.e. If the buyer purchased 3 items, the handling fee would be $9.
This $9 will NOT be deducted because of combined shipping, and also reimbursed at any time.)

Due to the massive orders from home and abroad, the handling has been drastically delayed since mid-February. In spite of your timely
payment, we must ask you to wait for your orders handled, for which we deeply apologize. Your patience is highly appreciated.

If Japan Post does not accept EMS shipping to the destination country, we will use the appropriate shipping method for your order.
* Due to the change between Japan Post and US Postal Service, the mails to US will require us extra work. Please be aware that there will be the delays in all shipment.

In principle, all purchases to the same address are combined where possible. (Due to Japan Post's rule, we may send your items separately.)
Once the payment is confirmed, we can no longer hold the paid items without proceeding. If you prefer combined shipping with the ongoing

SHIPPING ADDRESS
Items will always be sent to the address you specify in PayPal when you make payment.
If the address chosen is different from your usual one, please leave a memo in PayPal informing us of this fact. (Character limit: 800 words.)
We do not take any responsibility even if the case happened which you mistakenly or unexpectedly specified the shipping address on PayPal.

* Requests to change the shipping address after a parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse will incur a return postage fee,
which will be your responsibility to pay. To avoid these cases, please ensure everything is correct when you pay at last.


DOMESTIC DELIVERY
We accept the requests to send to the address in Japan, however, free shipping offer is NOT eligible; additional 500JPY per box is charged
separately from the item cost and handling fee.
* Our domestic delivery is handled by Yamato Transport, and any other delivery services cannot be arranged.
* To help the delivery staff, the recipient's contact number is also necessary in order to reach at you in case of your absence.

To ensure delivery is successful, please inform us your contact number, which helps the postal delivery staff in case of your absence.

Many vintage and antique items will, by nature, not be in pristine (factory) condition.
However, for the vast majority of our buyers, this adds to the flavor and story of the piece.

Wearable? Unwearable?
We wish we could describe the condition in perfectly clear way, however, it is hardly possible to make them clear
because it depends on whether or not those who wearing kimono are nervous about imperfection.

Though we make every effort to describe the condition as clearly as possible to avoid misunderstanding,
we kindly ask you to understand that they may not be wearable even though we considered it wearable, and vice versa.
Please check the condition in each photo carefully again to help you decide whether or not to bid or buy.

LATE DELIVERIES
Please remember that the delivery times stated eBay provided are just estimate.
Customs issues, weather/traffic conditions, postal strikes, and other factors can all contribute to delays. We do not take any responsibility
even if the delivery delay incurred and/or your purchases were eventually delivered later than you expected.

If your purchases are taking longer than scheduled to reach you, please contact the local post office.
Once the parcel was dispatched from Japan, it would be almost out of hands, and it takes enormous time to investigate the issue from Japan.
It is the best way to contact the local post office in your neighborhood to investigate further tracking information, rather than the investigation
all the way from Japan.

When the designated holding period at your local post office elapses, it is returned to our office in Japan.
Unless you claimed it, the returns would be operated before you knew it. Once it was returned, we are afraid you will be responsible
for the reshipment postage and any relevant cost separately again.

If the parcel was returned to sou_japan
We will let you know as soon as the parcel is returned to our office for some reason.
If you prefer receiving them, the reshipment postage and any relevant cost will be required.

Unless we heard from you within 7 days since we have contacted you, we will reimburse the amount excluded handling fee, and release
the items to our warehouse straightaway: we will cancel the order. This will be taken place without notification, and the order will no longer
be retrieved. To avoid the parcel returned before you knew it, we kindly ask you to contact your local post office first of all.

RETURN POLICY



NO RETURN POLICY
Please understand that age affects both item condition and value as a collectible.
Due to the vintage/antique status and delicate nature of the items, as far as we described how the condition is, we do not accept returns.

Also, we provide the items to all buyers assuming they undoubtedly use in proper usage. We do not accept any returns because of the damage,
deformation or whatsoever incurred as a result of the wrong usage. We kindly ask you to handle them with great care at your own risk.

IN THE EVENT OF A BROKEN ITEM


DAMAGE REPORT: YOUR TIMELY ACTION IS A MUST.
The insurance included in the shipping requires that BOTH the sender (we) AND the recipient (you) must file a claim about the damaged item
to the post office in both destination country and originating country. Please read the following carefully, and take action as soon as possible.

1. Contact the local post office in your neighborhood to file a claim ASAP
The sooner you take action, the more smoothly the compensation is completed. As immediately as you received the damaged item, please
present not only the item in broken (even though the item is damaged, crashed or any condition) but all wrapping materials to the local post
office in order to file a claim. (In United States, the form "PS2856" is used when filing a claim.)

* You may be told that the sender (we) should take the initiative in, however, we filed a claim to Japan Post once you reached out to us, so
please let them know that the sender’s submission should be in process, and Japan Post needs the recipient (you) to file a claim at the
destination country.

2. Provide us a proof that your submission was officially accepted by your local post office.
Once your submission is accepted, please kindly send us a copy of the proof that your submission is completed.
(This proof would be helpful for Japan Post to proceed with the compensation.)

Unless your submission was officially accepted, we would end up contacting you even after a long time elapsed, and we would not be
compensated, which is definitely unreasonable result.

We totally understand it is hardly fair that the recipient must also make a report, unfortunately that is the process.
Your timely cooperation is appreciated.

Please remember that we will have to take appropriate actions on eBay when we found the buyer is maliciously uncooperative.
