We strive for 100% Customer Satisfaction on every order. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know at your convenience. We have an unconditional 30 day return/ exchange policy. There is no need to obtain an RMA number - simply print a copy of your invoice or winning bidder email, include a note regarding the reason for the return. This will help us identify and expedite your request. Refunds are processed via your original payment in the amount you paid for the item. Shipping cannot be refunded, except for cases where we have made an error. Exchanges are subject to availability. Buyers are responsible for shipping both ways for an exchange.
