 Q: Will you ship economy to save me some money?
  A: No, I ship USPS Priority Mail for their dependability, delivery confirmation, and order tracking. Normally shipping economy only will save you $1 or $2, and takes much longer.
 Q: How do I use eBay's Hassle Free Returns?
  A: Find the item in My eBay and select Return this item from the More actions drop-down menu. Select the reason for the return, and there you go. If the item was not as described, damaged, or wrong we would appreciate a message prior to the return process so we can fix the issue, and avoid the defect mark on our record. We will make it right.
 Q: Can I have your address to send a money order?
  A: I would love to accept a money order, but unfortunately there have been members who are scammed in this method. There is no eBay protection for the buyer or the seller with money orders. Also, eBay has decided not to allow money orders to pay for items. Again, I would love to accept them, but I also want a safe marketplace for all of us to use.
 Q: How can I tell the condition of the item?
  A: Please make sure to look at all the pictures before bidding. If you have a question feel free to send me a message on eBay. We take very clear pictures, with ample lighting, and in high resolution which can be enlarged by clicking on them. We only use pictures we have taken of the exact item you will receive.
 Q: What types of payments do you accept?
  A: I use PayPal which gives the option to use Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, eChecks (PayPal acct required), and debit cards. I use PayPal because they offer protection for not only the seller, but you as well. You do not need a PayPal account to may us with any of the methods except eChecks through your bank.
 Q: Will you combine shipping on international orders?
  A: I will, but you must contact me first through eBay messaging. I will need to calculate the associated costs. International shipping can become very expensive with a few more pounds. I hope that answered the question. You can send me any question, and I will do my best to answer.
 Q: What if I notice a mistake on your listing?
  A: If you find a mistake please contact me immediately so I can correct any errors. I do my best to describe and represent my items well, but I am not above making a mistake now and then. If you found a mistake and notified me, it will be the first thing on my list to do.
 Q: What should I do if I receive an item which is damaged?
  A: Please contact me if anything is wrong with your order whatsoever, and please do this before leaving negative/neutral feedback. If you do not let me know there is a problem I do not have a chance to prove my customer service. I will do whatever I can to fix the problem. Rest assured I very easy to deal with, and I will make it right.
 Q: Does it cost me to pay with PayPal?
  A: There is never a charge for making a payment to me using PayPal. I pay any fees associated with PayPal or eBay.
 Q: Will you mark the item as a gift on the customs form so I do not have to pay taxes in my country?
  A: I wish I could help with Taxes and Duty fees, but unfortunately I am bound by Federal Law to accurately complete all customs forms. The forms will be filled out with the item details and the price of the winning bid.
 Q: What if I feel the item was not described correct?
  A: If you feel the item was not described correctly please contact me, and let me know why the item was not described correctly. Please contact me prior to opening a case, leaving negative/neutral feedback, or leaving low Detailed Seller Ratings. If you will contact prior to this I will earn the higher marks by taking care of the situation.
 Q: How do I know the shoes will fit?
  A: I go by what is listed on the shoe, and remember I usually list United States sizes unless they are not provided. Each designer may have different lengths for the same size shoe. If you are at all worried about the fit please ask me for measurements, and I will get them so you can check the measurements against the shoes you own now.
 Q: I clicked on the tracking number, and there was no information, why?
  A: Please contact us as soon as you notice there is no tracking or information attached to the purchase. There have been times the carrier has forgotten to scan our items when they were picked up. We need to know about this to help the Post Office with compliance. Please let us know so we can keep eBay updated on any problems.
 Q: I have not received my item yet, what should I do?
  A: Please contact us immediately if there is any delay in shipping. Due to the large number of packages we send the first time we hear of a problem is through an eBay case. Contact us first since we have a good relationship with the Postal Service, UPS, and FedEx. We will be able to track the package, and find out the reason for the delay.
 Q: How long should it take to get my package?
  A: This depends on where you are located. Sometimes packages can be delivered within 2 days, but usually within 3 days. The time-frame may vary depending on inclement weather, or other delays. International packages can sometimes take much longer to arrive. I have seen a package take as long as 1.5 months to Russia. Please contact us with problems
 Q: I was expecting my package today, but it did not show up. Should I open a case with eBay or PayPal?
  A: You should always contact us first so we can do some research on where the packages is located. Contacting eBay or PayPal first will just waste more of your time, and ours. We will do everything we can to locate the package.
 Q: What countries do you ship to?
  A: We ship worldwide except for the countries listed below. We do reserve the right to decide to cancel a transaction if we feel the shipment is too risky or if your country does not allow the types of items we sell. We do not ship to Italy, Singapore, Indonesia, Spain, Mauritius, Albania.
 Q: You said GOOD CONDITION and I think they're not in good condition.
  A: I may say in my listings that an item is in fair, good, or excellent condition. Please remember this is subjective, and I work with pre-owned shoes every day so I may think they are nicer than what you think. You can prevent this from happening by not only reading the description, but also taking the time to look at all the pictures closely.
 Q: International: I have not received my package what do I do?
  A: International packages vary from 7 days to 2 months. This could be due to weather, customs, or the postal department in either country. Many times I have seen my packages wait in the US for up to a 1.5 weeks before boarding a boat. If the item was shipped with USPS First Class International then the item may take up to 2 months to arrive.
 Q: What if the I believe the item is not as described?
  A: Please just send us a message before leaving neutral/negative feedback, or before opening a case. We will find out where we made the mistake, and what we will need to make things right for you. Many times we find if someone contacts us first we part as friends because we will go out of our way to make it right in your book.
 Q: How soon must I make the payment for the item I purchased?
  A: We require payment within 2 days of the purchase. We will always give you more time if you need. All you need to do is send us a message through eBay to request more time. If the payment is not made within the timeframe eBay automatically opens an Unpaid Item case. This can also be turned off if you contact us.
 Q: Why did you open an Unpaid Item Case against me?
  A: We do not open the Unpaid Item Cases. Due to the amount of transactions we have eBay automatically opens and closes our Unpaid Item Cases. We can however, turn the case off if you contact us, or if you need more time contact us before the initial 2 days is gone.
 Q: Do you or will you combine shipping?
  A: I absolutely combine shipping. I have to make sure how much the items weigh and how large the package will be to assess the costs. If you message me through eBay first I will be able to calculate the price, and give you a proper amount.
