Fraud; item not new as advertised. Product arrived damaged on the inside even though outside packing box wasn’t damaged. Asked for an exchange and seller just offers to refund only after I pay for shipping the item back overseas and they receive it first. No longer trusting this seller and will never buy from again. Would not recommend. Items are not new!

The items are new and unused. The plastic clear box arrived damaged during the shipment which we are not able to control. We accept the return for refund/exchange. Please send them back to us and quote us the return shipping fee from USPS (we are not able to send any return shipping label oversea). we will refund you the return shipping fee at our cost.
