Please understand that this was a simple mistake. The clock you wanted was sold in our retail area but we thought it was still available for eBay. We initially believed it was a shipping issue but then discovered otherwise. We are very sorry for the mix-up and our good record is indicitive of the service we try to provide - with thousands of items, sometimes a mistake is made - very sorry.
