Item Purchased and Paid for on October 1 from east coast item received on October 27 ( california ), in fairness to the seller, the items was packaged very well and arrived as described . The seller clearly made a poor choice in shipping companies, and the seller could have done more to respond to my inquiries about where may package was located , providng a tracking # as well as tel# of the freight co. did me little good when the freight co. did not ever answer the phone.

While I appreciate honest feedback, I do believe this negative should have been left for the shipping carrier instead. Your order was picked up within 3-days of being placed. Although no excuse for the freight carrier, this delivery was cross-country, which does hold its own challenges and delays. Our best recourse to getting a delayed item delivered has been for the receiver to contact the carrier directly to schedule delivery. I sincerely apologize that this transaction did not go smoothly.
