Octoder Return Policy



Under the Octoder return policy, customers may return items within the first 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If the item is not defective, we may not cover the shipping fee. Applicable restocking fees may apply if the item was not packaged correctly.

Replacement:


Replacements are usually shipped within 1-3 business days from the day we confirm a replacement with you. All replacement will be sent out using standard shipping. Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.

Refund:


Refund will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5 to 7 business days of the return package, or after resolving the issue.

Shipping Issues:


Damaged items can be a disaster. If you happen to discover that your item was damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we will try to assist you with a replacement. If the item is not available in our inventory, we may send you a full refund.

If your item does not match the description of the order you placed (incorrect item), please contact us and we will ship you the correct item as soon as possible. In most cases, there is no need to return the incorrect item back to us.


Condition Related Returns:


The conditions of our items are described with great care. However, accidents can happen. If the item you received is not representative of the order you placed, please contact us promptly and we will look into your issue with detail. If you feel that the item condition is worn out, please contact us after 3 days of purchase and we will try to find a solution for you. If you contact us late, we may not be able to find a solution. However, you can still ship the item back (we do not cover the shipping fee) and we can process you a full refund after inspection of the item.

The condition of the item should be in the same condition as the customer received it. If we determine that the item is heavily used, the customer may receive a reduced refund. The refund will be determined during the inspection process. We will notify the customer of the refund amount before it is issued.

Defective Item:


Chances are, not all items in a batch are perfectly manufactured. The customer may receive a defective item in some occasions.

    If you feel your item is defective, please contact us within the first 30 days of purchase, and we deem it to be defective, we can send you a replacement at no extra cost. The buyer does not need to ship the defective item back to us.

    Selected items are to replaced by the manufacturer; please contact the respective manufacturer for warranty information.


Item(s) that are non-returnable:


Some items may not be returnable due to the nature of the product (one time use) or safety issues.

    All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone due to health and sanity reasons. We will accept a return on these items if they are in original packaging and unopened.l


Restock fees or Disposal fees will apply in the following scenarios:

Item arrived in new and unused condition, however the item the customer sent back was not properly packaged, and requires repackaging by Octoder.

Item arrived in new and unused condition, however, during return shipment, the packaging was damaged and new packaging is required to repackage the item. Make sure to use the proper packing materials so that your item is delivered safely.

50% Disposal Fee

This fee will occur if the item itself arrived to us in a damaged condition, assuming the product was in a new and unused condition. To avoid this, make sure to use the proper packing materials when shipping the item(s) back.

We will reply and provide RMA # to you. Please allow 24-36 hours to expect the reply. If you do not receive our email within 2 business days, please check your junk mail/spam mail folder.

STEP 2: Send back the return:


Contact customer service and we will provide you the return address.

Package your return item and include the order number somewhere in the parcel.

Ship it to the address provided and allow us time to receive and inspect it.
