This is the second high dollar Autel computer I have bought from this seller. The unit was wrapped in a plain wrapper which I'm sure went FAR in making sure this item was not all that attractive for a bad postal worker to "hijack" (I've had that happen before to high-end equipment like this). They shipped almost immediately and communicated very well all through the process and have set themselves up for more follow-up care, which was not expected but surely going to have me back to them!
