Of all purchases made on eBay since 2006, this was by far the slowest to ship and arrive. Item did not ship until 5 days after payment . Product finally arrived 17 days after payment. Unfortunately, I will not purchase from this seller again due to lack of confidence in shipping. If you are in no hurry and don’t mind taking a flyer on shipping times , then best of luck to you. Item was new as advertised and seller did communicate, which is why this feedback is not negative.

As a buyer, most of the time we get what we order. That's the easy part. You find out a lot about a seller when you don't get what you purchased. The good folks at NIGHTGALAXY responded immediately, promptly issued a return authorization (they paid the shipping) and immediately issued a full refund when they receive the order back. The seller sent the wrong color of lure. When notified, the response was to tell me to go through the process of printing a return label, take it to the postoffice and then wait for a refund. They said I would need to reorder the item. I've been on EBay for decades and all the great sellers that have made this mistake immediately send the correct item with an apology and often just tell me to keep the low price item as compensation for the trouble. Very disappointing.
