They shipped the case in a cardboard box w/o proper packaging, case somehow survived but fans were missing, add clearly states it has fans. I contacted them and they said it doesn’t include them so I sent photos of the add that clearly says ARGB FANS PRE INSTALLED!!! The add also says case + fans in photo. rep refused to send fans but issued a 25$ refund, the fans cost me more than that to buy elsewhere. They list the same case w/o fans for way less! Outright scam! Avoid Newegg.
