The Following Is A List Of Common Questions:
Q. Can I get a discount if I install the building myself?
A. Unfortunately, we are not able to offer discounts for self-installation. Delivery and installation are free.
Q. How come the price is higher in some states?
A. The prices will vary as construction standards change to accomodate the climate conditions.
Q. Do I need a permit?
A. You will need to check with your local permit office to determine if a permit is required and if there are any special requirements in construction standards for your area. It is the customer's responsibility to obtain any necessary permits.
Q. How long does it take for me to receive my structure after I place my order?
A. We ask that you allow between 2-4 weeks for delivery and installation. Some areas may experience slower or faster delivery times. Harsh weather conditions may cause delays. It is recommended that you order your building as soon as possible if your order is time sensitive.
Q. Is there any additional cost?
A. Delivery and installation are free! The only additional cost to the price listed on our items is your local sales tax.
Q. Why do I have to pay sales tax?
A. We must charge your local sales tax rate on all purchases. We do not sell over state lines because our suppliers are licensed and represented in every state and will send a crew from a local factory to your location to install your structure.
Q. Is there something I need to do to my foundation before installation?
A. We only require a level surface for installation. If your structure is installed on ground, we will place 32" spikes between every leg for free. For concrete installation, we will place concrete anchors between every leg for free. For sandy or loose soil, we recommend mobile home anchors to be added for $25 each.
Q. Do I have a choice of colors?
