Return Policy

Please read our shipping and return policy carefully.

Your satisfaction is our goal; we stand behind 100% of the products we sell.  If you are not happy with a product for any reason simply return the item for exchange or refund (certain conditions apply).   

Exchanges: 

If you need to exchange an item all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.  In addition, if you are returning an item for any reason that we are not at fault, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you would like to exchange an item simply contact us through eBay messages.

Returns are processed via the eBay Hassle Free Returns Program.

ALL RETURNS WILL BE CHARGED A 15% RESTOCKING FEE.

If you need to return an item you can simply log into your eBay account and start your return via the eBay Hassle Free Returns Program.

All Returned items must be complete in new, unused condition.  Return items must be in original manufacturer’s packaging. All tags, labels and stickers must be attached.  Items that are not like new with all tags and labels attached will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Please make sure all parts fit prior to cutting, painting or altering in any way.  Altered items are not returnable and non-refundable.

Items that are returned without using eBay's Hassle Free Returns Program may be refused.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your package immediately prior to accepting delivery. Damages and evidence of tampering on the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt from the driver. Unless shipping insurance is purchased damages caused by carriers is the buyers responsibility. All damage to shipments must be reported and filed with the carrier immediately. We are not liable for carrier damages. A claim must be filed with Carrier Company to facilitate an exchange. If you received a damaged product, please report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.

Missing Items

Check the packing slip that was included with your shipment. If you ordered multiple items it is possible that your order may ship from separate warehouses. We cannot guarantee that orders placed separately will be shipped together.

Incorrect Items Received

We try our best to ensure our customers receive exactly what they ordered but errors do occasionally occur. If you received an incorrect item, this should be reported within 2 business days of receipt. In most cases, we will supply a return shipping label for incorrect items received. The replacement will only be sent once the incorrect item has been received and verified by us.

Please Note: A buyer is allowed to exchange the original item only one (1) time for an item of equal or lesser value.

  • We do not cover any expense incurred due to abuse, misuse, improper repairs or maintenance, installation, alteration or modifications.
  • We do not cover any expense incurred due to installation, removal, normal wear and tear, and consequential or subsequent damages.
  • You may report a defective product by messaging us with eBay messages.
