The picture for this item conveniently covered the the missing trigger lock button with the cord. The missing trigger lock was also not mentioned in the description. The seller did offer a "no hassle" refund but having to repackage and ship the item just to get back to square one is a hassle. While this refund policy is nice, it should apply to non-preventable issues that occur. Photos and descriptions that don't accurately describe the product are a hassle regardless of the return policy.

You not wanting you use it is not something we can control unfortunately. I know what you were after. You want me to give you money to try to avoid this feedback, so that you arn't at "square one".
