Q: Can I change my shipping address after payment was made?
A: If you pay through PayPal, your order will be shipped to the address provided in your PayPal payment as your shipping address
and no adjustments will be accepted after the payment is completed. If you send payment by wire, your order will be shipped to the address provided in your eBay profile. Please, make sure that you have your address updated in PayPal and eBay before you go through the checkout process!
Q: I got my item but the post company requires money by C.O.D. for me to receive the item. Do I need to pay this?
All items shipped to outside the European Union are international exported goods, which leave Germany taxfree. Depending on country and region the buyer is responsible for any customs duty, brokerage handling and other fees. Please bear in mind to ask at your customs office prior to buying / bidding, how high the charges for the import will be on the respective articles. Especially within the USA each state has different import rules. Same counts for all other countries in the world. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up - do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - Governmental regulations prohibit such behavior.
Q: How do I know whether my item has been shipped?
A: You will receive an E-mail notification. Usually, an item is shipped on the same or next business day after your payment is received and cleared. Some countries, especially with high valued items require special export procedures, which can delay the shipping slightly.
Q: My item doesn't seem to get shipped within 24-36 hours after payment. When will it be shipped?
A: A rare circumstance might have happened, which can be:
1- The listed article failed our endcontrol and needed to get reordered. We wanted to ensure to provide you the best quality.
2- The article got doublesold at the same time locally and in our ebayshop.
We also just list what we have stocked, we will directly restock anything as fast as possible. If an item hits a longer delay you will be contacted by us and if the delay is unacceptable for you, you are able to cancel the transaction immediately. In such rare cases please feel free to contact us by E-Mail.
Q: How long does delivery takes?
A: To the US, delivery time is 3 to 5 business days. International deliveries to any other country of out of the EU takes approx. 3-14 business days plus delivery time within that country (delivery times within different countries can vary). Note: These terms are approximate and UPS or the national post does not guarantee that will be met. As a general rule of thumb, if your item hasnt reached you within 2 weeks, please feel free to contact us, so that we can trace the parcel.
Q: Is there package tracking information available?
A: All packages are shipped with delivery confirmation. You can control the way of your package with your parcel ID on the UPS/DHL Website.

Please note that envelopes have limited access for online tracing, therefore it is recommendable to contact your local post office to trace the status of your envelope. This especially counts for countries with limited national post tracing.
Q: What is the return and exchange policy?
A: You may return for exchange or refund any product you buy from us within 30 days after receiving your parcel. To arrange a return/refund, please send an E-mail to email@example.com and include your eBay item number, buyer User ID and PayPal-account E-Mail, if possible first. Returned items remain your responsibility until we receive them and should be in the same condition as when they were supplied. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with returning an item unless otherwise advised by our customer service team.
Q: Is it possible to substitute the item that I won with a different one that I like more?
A: Please send us an E-mail immediately after the end of auction, we will see about the availability of your new wished item immediately.
Q: Is the respective article shown an original article or a copy?
A: We are reknown dealers of all listed brands in our shop. Hence you can be sure anything listed is an original article and moreover also out of the newest production of the manufacturer.
Q: Is there a return policy?
A: We have endcontrols in our shipping procedure, hence we guarantee that the item you get will be brandnew incl. tags and seals. In rare cases if your item received is defective/damaged or wrong, you have 30 days to return it back to us. Please include a note with an item number and a reason for your return. On your request a defective/damaged item will be either replaced with a new one (only the same model) or refund of its price will be issued (S&H is not refundable). In case of a damage on the box we please you to not accept the box before not speaking to us and to double check with the shipping company. Especially in cases of a transport damage this is vital for us to get a refund from their insurance.
Q: My product arrived damaged during shipping, who should I contact?
A: If an item has been damaged during shipping or does not match our item description, we offer a 30 days exchange policy from the date that you receive the product. Please send us an E-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and include your email address, eBay listing number and/or order number and a brief description of the damage/problem in your inquiry so we can promptly research your request with in 24 to 48 hours (1-2 business days).

Q: I want to combine shipping to save shipping costs to my country. How can I do that?
Most of our articles which are heavier than 2kg and weigh less than 10kg go by a flat fee to the respective country. This fee will remain up to 10kg weight, hence you can combine the items without extra shipping costs. (suit, gloves and boots for instance) If you buy multiple articles, please wait with your payment checkout roughly 24 hours until we manually combine the shipping costs. If the shipping weight goes over 10kg the charge will be highered slightly respectively to the costs of the chosen carrier and service for your country. Please bear in mind that we don't overcharge and always calculate the precise shipping costs which has to be done manually after weighing and packing!
