Never sent item out. I had to constantly be calling them to find out what happened to my item. Come yo find out it was on back order. They never sent me a refund. I had to notify PayPal in order to get reimbursed. I do not recommend buying from them.

Hi, I am not sure where there was any problem of this kind. You ordered, we emailed for your VIN, you answered, we responded back apologizing that it was on backorder and we would refund you your money, then we refunded your money. You ordered Jan 9 and we cancelled and refunded Jan 11. If you could please reach out to us and show us where any of this happened we would like to see. We most certainly do not ever treat ANY order in this manner. Please let us know with your information. Thanks!
