How will I know when my item shipped?
We'll email you a shipping notification once your order has left the warehouse. We send this to the email address you have on file with eBay. If your email address is out of date, take a moment to update it so you won't miss any of our notifications.
How will my item ship?
Most of our items ship UPS or Fedex. For bigger stuff we ship using freight carriers who specialize in heavy and bulky items.
Can I ship my order to an address other than my eBay registered address?
You can change your address during checkout by clicking the 'Change Shipping Address' link.
Since I live near Atlanta, can I pick this item up?
Unfortunately not, although our main offices are in Atlanta, we ship from warehouses across the country, so we can't accommodate pickups.
Is the product new?
Most of our products are new and in the original box. Some items are store displays or slightly used items, in all cases the type of item is clearly identified.
Do you stock your products?
Some items we stock and others we ship from supplier warehouses across the country to offer you the best selection we can.
Why didn't my coupon work?
If you are trying to use an eBay or PayPal issued coupon, please contact them directly for help.
How come I have not received a response to my weekend email?
We're open normal business hours Monday – Friday. If you send us an email during the evening, weekend or a holiday, we'll get back to you on the next business day.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel an order until it ships from the warehouse. If it hasn't shipped yet, we'll cancel the order and give you a full refund. If the order has already shipped, you can return the product under our standard return policy.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal only on Ebay.
What if I want more than one of an item?
If our inventory only shows one item, send us an email and let us check on it for you!

What if my product is out of stock or discontinued?
We do our best to make sure products are in stock and ready to ship. However, occasionally products become out of stock or discontinued before we can take down the listing. We will update you if this happens. If the item is out of stock, you can either keep the order or cancel it for a full refund.
