The Dehydrator arrived promptly and is a nice unit. It did have a temperature variation from set point issue but after working with technical support they quickly addressed the issue and problem was resolved to my happy satisfaction. Kit arrived with one missing component. Seller quickly responded to my message and offered to refund me the amount it would cost to source the component locally. I provided a link to a listing selling the component and the seller immediately refunded the money. Seller sent the wrong voltage water pump, then when asked nicely about an exchange they said that I didn't read the auction description: "Sorry but did you check the item description before purchase? Our descriptions list clearly that this item is 220V. Please check the enclosed picture." The picture they sent shows the description for the spindle and VFD, not the water pump!
