Seller was very responsive to messages. Took a little longer than expected for delivery but I understand due to the size (2 comforters). Yes, FedEx does take a few days longer (bought on Saturday/delivered following Saturday) esp since the large box was over $31 (box + ebay-FedEx shipping charge) and you paid $28. If faster Priority shipping - it would have been over $55. Shipping has become more expensive than in days past. We always open to verify all additional items are in the package (yours had a pillow sham with each new comforter which I placed in the very top end) and missed one of the paper inserts when doing so.
