 Q: The size does not fit. Can I change it?
  A: it is only possible to return the item to our warehouse in Italy and receive the refund. At the same time it is possible to make a purchase for the size you would like to have. This is the only procedure and it is necessary because we can't guarantee the availability for the same articles in the different when we receive the returned item.
 Q: Where are the items from?
  A: We would like to inform you that our items are produced by different suppliers all over the world. Very often the same style can be produced by different suppliers so we can not tell you exactly from where arrives the item that you will receive.
 Q: What are the measures of the items?
  A: The items have a standard European size. We suggest you to see the approximate measures in the size table by clicking on "Verify your size" link from the item description.
 Q: When you ship my purchase?
  A: It takes about 3 working days not considering the purchase date to prepare the package. As soon as the package is shipped you will receive the confirmation by e-mail with the link to the site of the courier where you can see the tracking in real time.
 Q: Shipping time
  A: The goods will be shipped from Italy so it could take even about 15-20 days to deliver the item to the USA (Please contact us immediately if after 20 days from purchase/payment the item has not been delivered).
 Q: I have the eBay address out of the USA. Can I ship to the USA?
  A: For the customs reasons in case of the delivery to the USA both the registration and shipping address shall be in the USA. If not we will have to cancel and refund your payment. If you have the eBay registration address out of the USA please change it first and then you can make you purchase.
 Q: Can I change the item that I purchased?
  A: The only option is to ask us to cancel the transaction (only possible if it has not been prepared yet) and to make a new order for the articles that you would like to have.
 Q: When you refund my return?
  A: As soon as our warehouse receives the item back you will receive the e-mail of confirmation and our accounting department will manage the refund at your PayPal account within max 30 days from that date.
 Q: Messages left during payment in the notes field of the PayPal are handled by the seller?
  A: No, any message left in the notes field of PayPal, are not managed as our system processes the orders automatically. For any question please contact us by eBay messaging. We will reply you as soon as possible.
