item was shipped in excellent packaging. upon inspection of the item i discovered black mold in the toy packaging. the seller has been in excellent communication with me and informed me that he was unaware of the mold. so i had to clean it out to the best of my ability while trying not to damage the packaging no more than i absolutely had to. unfortunately i did add some more damage. he offered me $25 off my next purchase.
