may return the items they purchased from iBrookAuction within the first 30 days
of purchase. We will send a full refund for the original purchase amount,
however we may not cover the fees in certain situations.

Shipping Issues:
Sometimes items are damaged during transit. If
this happens, please let us know immediately and we will do our best to solve
it. Usually, we will send the customer a replacement, however if the item is
not available, we will send a refund instead.
If
the item you receive does not match the order you placed with us, please
contact our Customer Service department for assistance. A representative will
help you determine the best way to get the correct item to you as quickly as
possible.
Condition Related
Returns:
We take great detail into consideration when
describing our items’ condition. If you receive your order and feel that the
condition is not consistent with our description, please let us know
immediately (within 3 days of purchase), and we'll do our very best to find you
a solution. If we're unable to, just pay to ship the item(s) back, and we'll
fully refund your original payment amount.
Items returned must be in the same condition that they were received in order
to receive full credit. Items purchased in "New" or "Like
New" condition and then used can be returned, but will receive a reduced
refund value. The reduced value will be determined after our inspection of the
product to determine the level of use. You will be notified of the reduced
refund value after inspection and before a refund is issued.
Defective Item:
Defective
items may be delivered on rare occasion.

All Bluetooth headsets, corded headsets and earphone. These are hygienic
specific item, and the manufacturers no longer restock them due to hygienic
issues. We will accept return if the items are originally in bulk-packaging.
Replacement:
Normally,
we will process the replacement in under 3 business days from the date that we
inform you of a replacement. All replacement will be sent out using standard shipping.
Please allow 5-7 shipping days for final delivery.
Refund:
Refund
will be given in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 5
to 7 business days of the return package.
