Excellent people to work with. I do have a "beef" with USPS and this has nothing to do with the seller or their method of shipping. With what USPS costs these days they need to be more on top of it. My package was shipped out of New Jersey heading to Minneapolis. It arrived in Minneapolis and then was shipped to Denver (????) from there it went to Chicago (????) then finally back to Minnesota and to my home. I wonder if my item will get frequent flyer miles for the trip? Get with it USPS!

Seller repeatedly pushed partial refund alternatives instead of honoring return and refund as requested. Repeated attempts to request a return shipping label yielded frustratingly poor and slow responses from the seller, resulting in much wasted time and no action. Required extended chat times with eBay customer service to intervene and provide shipping label and refund. Avoid this disreputable seller.
