  • Paypal Payments - We ship only to the address provided within the Transaction Details. It is up to you, the buyer to provide the exact address. Please do not email us after payment, asking us to ship to a different address. We cannot. No exceptions. 

  • Paypal will only be accepted from the 190 Countries that Paypal deals with. 

  • Payment must be received within 7 days.  An Unpaid Item Reminder will be sent Day 2 after listing's end.. This is a Reminder to pay. Once you pay, this will close automatically. If payment has not been received by the 7th day, we will close it out and you may receive a strike. If mailing in payment, please let us know this so we are aware there may be a delay.

  • If Mailing in Payment.  Please include the Item Number with the payment.  Make sure to send exact amount owed. We do not cover any costs and we do not send change. An Invoice request is always best to make sure you send the correct amount. 

  • We answer all emails. We answer most through Ebay's Message Center. If you email direct, we respond directly. Check your Spam Folders for the Emails if you do not see them in your Inbox. 

  • Please Email us for the Combined S/H Invoice. We never know when a buyer is done picking out what they want. A simple email sent to us requesting the invoice will save you money. If you do not request an invoice, one will be sent within 24 hours. Most buyers can now add items to cart and checkout without an invoice. 

  • If you pay in more than one transaction, we usually ship in separate shipments. We do however reserve the right to combine separate transactions into one shipment.  

  • We do not pick up payments. Please no money transfers. Payment must come directly to us. No Exceptions.

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing. We will not mark Gift of a lower dollar amount.

  • Lost Items: Please contact us within 30 days of shipment. 

  • Damaged Items: We at genXgear do our best to to send only quality merchandise. However, we may miss minor flaws during the inspection process when merchandise arrives to us from the licensing companies. If you receive an item that is flawed, please contact us immediately. Flawed Item must be returned to us for a replacement or full refund. We do not refund on items that are not returned.

Q: What are the Measurements of this Shirt?

Q: Is this Shirt Official?
A: Yes, All our prints are Officially Licensed. We deal directly with the Official Distributors and Licensed holders.

Q: What Brand of T-Shirt is this printed on?
A: Please keep in mind, we sale the Print that is on a shirt, not a brand of T-Shirt. However, we will be more than happy to check the brand of shirt. But, if we tell you "said brand" this does not guarantee you will receive the print on the "said brand" stated. We have multiples of each print. We can't guarantee that all of that print will be printed on the stated brand of T-Shirt.

Q: Is there any back print on this Shirt? 
A: Please view the listing. If you see a stock photo of front only, there is no back print. We will show back print within the listing if there is any. 

Q: Do you accept Money Orders or Cashiers Checks? 
A: Yes, Ebay no longer allows us to advertise this payment method. We recommend sending mail-in payments with some form of Signature Confirmation. This is at the buyer's discretion. International Buyers, please view the International Page for the types of Money Orders accepted. 

Q: I need ___ Size and you never have it, Can you print one for me?
A: Sorry. We do not print the shirts ourselves. Our merchandise comes directly from the Licensing Companies and we only get the sizes that are available to us. 

Q: Is the print as big as it is on the photo within the Listing?
A: On some it may be Smaller or even Larger than what it appears in the photo. Keep in mind, if the Shirt is an XXL, the print will appear much smaller than it does on a Size Small. 

Q: What is the best way to wash the shirts?
A: Follow the directions on the care tags. Some shirts have care tags removed by the licensing companies. If this is the case, we suggest washing in cold, inside out and fluff or hang dry. 

Q: Can I send a Money Gram or Money Transfer
A: No, We do not pick up payments. They must be sent directly to us via a Mail Service or Paypal

Q: Can your mark "gift" or a lower value?
A: Sorry, we cannot do this. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional costs may be prior to purchasing. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Q: Do You Combine Shipping?
A: Yes. Please add items to your cart. Then go through checkout. If in the US, Ebay will automatically combine and deduct S/H savings (if any).

Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: Transit time depends on location and the method of shipment chosen. Transit time will show within your order details. Please keep in mind, this is an estimated time only. Not a guarantee. Weather conditions, strikes, customs, etc.. may cause delays.

Q: I bid on the wrong size shirt, Can I switch it to the size I need?
A: Sure, as long as we have the size you desire in stock. If the price of the size you need is listed at a higher price, you will have to pay that price. Email us to make sure we have the size you need. If we do not have the desired size in stock. You are welcome to wait for more to come in, choose another shirt of equal value or cancel transaction.

Please Read All of Our Policies on Returns.

  • You Must Email us before Returning any Merchandise. 

  • Shirt must be postmarked no later than 30 days after day received.

  • Buyer is responsible for return costs. Unless we sent the wrong print or wrong size of the shirt that was ordered. We will then cover that fee and we will cover the cost to ship a corrected version of the shirt to you.

  • Shirt must be in the Plastic Bag with the sticker tag.

  • Shirt must come back to us as it was sent to you. Meaning: Never Washed, Never Worn, No Tobacco Smell, No Animal Smell, No Cologne/Perfume Smell, No Deodorant Stains, etc... Must be Brand New. No Exceptions.

  • Returns are will be inspected and checked in on weekends only.

  • Returns: Use Ebay's return system. Once we approve the return, you can print a label with tracking. Once shirt arrives back to us, a refund will be sent less the 15% restock fee.

  • If Exchanging an item, the item you choose for exchange should be Equal or Lesser Value. If the item you choose has a higher listed price, you will be responsible for the difference. You will also are responsible for both return costs and reship fees.

  • We do not send refunds on items that are not returned. You must return item if you request a refund.
